Lavender Hill Suites are located in the heart of St. John facing west overlooking Cruz Bay Harbor, Lovango Cay, Pillsbury Sound and St. Thomas. 

Lavender Hill has three levels made up of four 2-bedroom, 2 bath penthouses and six 1-bedroom 1 bath suites. 

The very active views include water sports lovers enjoying sailing, windsurfing, para-sailing and jet skiing.

All units have spacious private verandas perfect for watching the sunset and beautiful vistas of the turquoise Caribbean Sea. 

The beautiful suites at Lavender Hill are surrounded by lush tropical gardens such as hibiscus, bougainvillea and palm trees. The large fresh water pool is perfect for cooling off after a busy day exploring St. John. 

Conveniently located nearby,  the Cruz Bay Beach and Frank Bay Beach are two small beaches within walking distance. Remember to bring your snorkeling gear!

Each condo is tastefully furnished with island decor and features screened sliding glass doors, tiled floors, air conditioning in the master bedrooms, ceiling fans, a safe, a fully equipped kitchen with 4 burner gas range stove and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, and coffeemaker. 

The living rooms contain rattan furniture, end tables and lamps, cable, a color TV with VCR, CD player and telephone.
