Sapphire Breeze has 3 bedrooms and a 600 square foot studio type bi-level apartment (not rented separately), Sapphire Breeze can accommodate 2-8 people in comfort and luxury. From its well-appointed, comfortable interior to its captivating views, Sapphire Breeze offers an unparalleled vacation paradise.
Sapphire Breeze has a 1300 square ft upper deck from which you can enjoy the seemingly endless views. Equipped with a hot tub, comfortable and convenient patio furniture and a dining area.
Below is a 600 square foot Deck. These decks are magnificent places to gather and enjoy the day and the evening. Barbeque on the upper deck overlooking Great Cruz Bay and the Caribbean Sea!

The interior boasts custom, hand-painted ceramic tile, glass block, beautiful furniture, and attractive wall hangings and sculptures. Outside you'll find lush landscaping, a negative edge pool with a waterfall, breathtaking views, fruit trees, and more.
Sapphire Breeze has been specifically designed to take advantage of cross ventilation, capturing the lush tropical breezes, while nine ceiling fans direct the air for maximum comfort. Two bedrooms are located at opposite ends of the house, each with two full glass walls to maximize the spectacular view. A third roomy loft bedroom, accessed via a spiral stairway, features a sitting area and a uniquely designed, eight foot wide, three sided glass dormer. Furnishings include a queen sized bed and two couches.
The fourth bedroom is a 600 square foot studio type bi-level apartment. The kitchenette includes a full size refrigerator and a microwave. The shower is fully enclosed in hand-crafted tile.
Equipped with air conditioning, the apartment has twin beds that can be converted to a full sized king. Plenty of windows provide a magnificent view. An outside 600 square foot deck has a window looking into the pool.

The layout offers privacy, as each of the sleeping areas is distanced from the others. The main floor includes 2 bedrooms located at opposite ends of the house. The roomy loft and the studio apartment are each privately located as well. There are a total of five full bathrooms.
